In Memory of an "Early Craft Mother"

Sadly, it was announced that Patricia Crowther (Oct. 14, 1927 – Sept. 24, 2025) passed over. She was absolutely one of the most influential people to the development of the Craft. Being one of the first Witches initiated by Gerald Gardner she will be remembered as a luminary figure and as an “Early Craft Mother” in the history of Wicca.
Patricia and her husband Arnold Crowther founded the Sheffield Coven in 1961, they have a significant downline of Witches that are still active today. She made important contributions to the Craft through her many writings, recordings and more.
Blessed Be Patricia, thank you for everything! We will remember you fondly.
