LANDSDOWNE
SANGREAL SODALITY OF NORTH AMERICA
CITY: Landsdowne
TRADITION OR SPIRITUAL PATH: Sangreal
CONTACT NAME: Nemesius
EMAIL: info@sangreal.org
WEBSITE: www.sangreal.org
UPDATED: 9/7/2021
The Sangreal Sodality is an inclusive spiritual confraternity founded by William G. Gray and Jacobus G. Swart in 1980. Its chapters, branches, and membership have spread all over the world since then. Active temples, sodalities and working groups can be found in South and Central America, North America, Eastern and Western Europe, Asia, and Africa. It is broadly kabbalistic in its orientation, ceremonialist in practice, and magickal in orientation.
“Sangreal” refers to the holy blood or holy grail, which is a guiding principle in western esotericism. The Sangreal is that which is best in human nature, and the pursuit of that shapes the mystery tradition upon which the Sangreal Sodality is built.
The Sangreal Sodality is not a church. Membership is open to any aspiring seeker belonging to any faith tradition or to no faith tradition whatsoever. Its purpose is to foster union of the divine with the human through selfless service to both. This service aims at developing what is best in each of us and in all of us together — the “Sangreal.”
The workings of the Sangreal Sodality, framed within the western ceremonial tradition and the Kabbalah, are designed to help each member of the Sodality realize their innate desire to do what is right, honorable, and good in our relations with self, other, nature, and Divinity, however that is understood.
The Sangreal Sodality draws for its inspiration upon the extensive writings of William Gray and Jacobus Swart.
Sodality members share a single central ritual in the Sangreal Sacrament. The Rite was conceived by William Gray as a ceremonial vehicle through which participants might become the kind of people who sacrifice the worst in themselves to serve the best in themselves and humanity, in accordance with the myths of sacred kingship and the quest for the Holy Grail. The ritual act allows participants an opportunity to shed their workaday burdens, deepening their connection with the Divine, sensitizing their physical and supernatural senses, and refining ordinary consciousness to reach a range beyond average awareness.

WEBSITE: WYOMING VALLEY CUUPS
UPDATED: 10/28/2020
Wyoming Valley CUUPS is an open, inclusive and affirming Earth-Centered Community based in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area. We offer open public rituals, meditations, celebrations and gatherings grounded in Witchcraft and Pagan practices.
Our monthly Full Moon Labyrinth Walks are held the night of the Full moon every month. During the warmer months, we walk a lighted outdoor labyrinth at the UUCWC while during the colder months we walk a lighted labyrinth in the sanctuary of the church. These gatherings include drumming, tarot / divination readings (free) and fire outside (weather permitting). We also offer a monthly Online Full Moon Ritual via Zoom for both our online community and those that prefer a more quieter, solitary practice.
We gather to celebrate together each of the eight holidays, or Sabbats, on the Wheel of the Year, which mark the seasons of the Sun — the Solstices, the Equinoxes, and the points in between. These High Holiday rituals are held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Wyoming Valley.
We are dedicated to the principles of Unitarian Universalism. We gather together in sympathy and accordance with our values and draw on the many ritual-based expressions of our Pagan spirituality.
There is no fee for any of our events. We are volunteers offering free and open gatherings of a wide variety. We are Witches, Druids, Wiccans, Hellenics, Heathens and continue to grow. Our diversity is our strength. We welcome you. Come bang on drums with us as we stay connected and come together to honor the Earth, Gods, Ancestors, and Wheel of the Year.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT: We, the Wyoming Valley CUUPS (Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans) group of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Wyoming Valley, honor the UUA 7th principle; “Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part”.
We provide support to all seeking to live a life more in balance with nature by exploring the teachings and traditions of various Pagan and Earth-centered religions and philosophies.
We adhere to the mission statement of UUCWV, National CUUPS, and the principles of the Unitarian Universalist Association.
We promote personal responsibility and integrity, diversity and compassion, competency and education in the pursuit of spiritual balance.
We offer our talents and abilities in service to our fellow congregants at UUCWV and the greater Wilkes-Barre/Scranton community by providing celebrations to honor the Earth and its cycles. We seek both mirth and reverence, and we honor the Divine in many forms.
We provide an open and inclusive space for the Earth-Centered Community for Deeper Healing, Self-Knowledge and Cultivating Connection.

Indigo Hearth Coven is a teaching coven located in York, PA. We are a mystery based tradition working from an outer to inner circle format open to seekers in South-Central Pennsylvania. We provide a structured environment for everyone to enhance their personal connection with Divinity. New seekers and students are welcome to apply.
Students begin as a Seeker, gaining the basic knowledge necessary for a practical understanding of Witchcraft, magick, ethics, and more. Moving forward, students learn to construct rituals, perform spells, and work to achieve goals both individual and communal. At each level, students gain a deeper appreciation of their inner power leading them to grow their esoteric knowledge and abilities.
The educational and leadership style of this coven is to focus on one another's strengths (skills and talents) while building or reinforcing our lesser-used or realized skills and abilities. We spend a lot of time focused on inner work helping each member heal and as we seek to live our best lives. In following the Old Ways, this is not a singularly focused coven. We will work with both light and "dark" aspects of the craft.
