Merry Meet! We are small, but growing Eclectic Wiccan Teaching Coven. In our tradition, Circle, Hive and Coven are used synonymously as they are led by a High Priest and/or Priestess. We celebrate Esbats and Sabbats. Each member is expected to complete assignments as well as participate in ritual, and/or assist in the planning with guidance and after some instruction.

We have a degree system as follows; Seeker, Other, Initiate Priest, First Degree Elder, Second Degree Elder, Third Degree Elder, Keeper and High Priest or Priestess. Someone interested in our coven begins as a 'Seeker.'

Note: We do not claim any formal lineage to traditions such as Gardnerian or Alexandrian, though we have elements of each along with influences from other traditions such as Seax, Dianic, Reclaiming and more.

We try to create an atmosphere of “perfect love and perfect trust” and a lot of witches prefer to remain anonymous in their communities. For these reasons, we screen our applicants/Seekers before attending events. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender or sexual orientation. For more information, please contact CircleOfTheSacredRose@gmail.com.
